Concilia Retail Property was established 2012. Concilia is a real estate company that invest, develop and perform asset management of retail properties in Norway and Sweden.
Year end 2016, Concilia owned / co-owned approx. 43,000 sqm retail properties in Norway and Sweden, with a total development potential of gross 122,000 sqm.

Concilia´s vision is to be a creative and innovative developer of retail property in Norway and Sweden.

Concilia´s strategy is to own, develop and preform asset management of retail property in Norway and Sweden. The company invests primarily in properties with development potential.

Concilia´s long-term objective is to become a leading player in Norway and Sweden to own, develop and preform asset management of retail property.

We are a dedicated team with substantial experience within retail and development of retail projects. The combination of extensive analysis and implementation capability gives the team the basis to identify and develop interesting business opportunities. In addition, we have negotiated agreements with selected people and companies to ensure the necessary expertise and resources within all core business areas.

Shareholders

Investment company established 1995. In addition to the investment in Concilia Retail Property, the company owns a variety of properties and projects, including active ownership in Bratsberg Holding and Exsentra Eiendom.

Investment company established in the 1990s by the founders of the supermarket chain; KIWI. The owners have a solid knowledge of business development and retail, including retail properties. The company owns approx. 6 % of the shares in NorgesGruppen AS.

Investment company in the Johannson Group. Financial investments in both retail and real estate. Joh Johannson is NorgesGruppens largest shareholder. Norgesgruppen is Norway's largest trading house. The core business is retail and wholesale activities within the industry of daily consumer goods.

Investment company owned by Christen Bakke. The company has worked with management and investments in real estate since 1990.

Our Portfolio

Concilia operates in Norway and Sweden. We are always on the outlook for properties located with good exposure andd with potential for further development.

Property portfolio concisting of 11 Europris/Kiwi stores acquired June 2014. Development potential was identified and implemented. The portfolio weighted average remaining lease period of 3 years was increased to 9 years. Several of the properties in the portfolio was rebuilt before sale. The portfolio was sold December 2015.

Töcksfors Retail Park is regulated for a total of 58 000 sqm BTA of retail space. This retail park is situated om the left hand side, next to the E-18, with its own exit directly to the E-18 higway, and the nearest border destination from Oslo.
Anchor tenants such as ICA Supermarket, Eurocash - supermarket, Supergott, Rusta, Sportringen outlet and Mc Donalds.

Charlottenberg Retail Park is regulated for 20 000 sqm BTA of retail space, centrally located in Charlottenberg, with direct access to the main road rv 61. Charlottenberg has become a major destination for the Norwegians who want to shop in Sweden. Infrastructure for Phase 2 are completed.
Anchor tenants such as Lidl - supermarket, Rusta and Dollarstore.
