Property portfolio consisting of 11 Europris/Kiwi stores acquired June 2014. Development potential was identified and implemented. The portfolio weighted average remaining lease period of 3 years was increased to 9 years. Several of the properties in the portfolio was rebuilt before sale. The portfolio was sold December 2015.

Charlottenberg Retail Park is regulated for 20 000 sqm BTA of retail space, centrally located in Charlottenberg, with direct access to the main road rv 61. Charlottenberg has become a major destination for the Norwegians who want to shop in Sweden. Infrastructure for Phase 2 are completed.
